18 Hour Support Coverage

Our current 18 hour coverage between both locations is now:

  • North America: 12AM midnight to 6PM MST (UTC -7) or 2AM - 8PM EST (UTC -5)
  • Europe: 7AM to 1AM (next day) Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
  • Australia: 6PM to 12PM noon (next day) AEST (UTC +11)
  • Asia: 3PM to 9AM (next day) Singapore Standard Time (UTC +8)

Installation & Training

A certified Cask Technician will spend 2 to 3 days installing your new canning system and training you and your staff on all aspects of system operation and maintenance1.

We'll make sure you're comfortable with every aspect of your new canning system from detailed instruction on how to teardown cans to evaluate seam quality, to how you dial in perfect foam levels for a precision fill levels with minimal dissolved oxygen, to machine CIP and maintenance best practices.

Customer Support

Our dedicated team of Support Technicians are standing by to answer your call or email. We'll troubleshoot your issue remotely with you on the brewery floor. If a site visit is required, our Technicians are ready to travel.

Online Training Videos

Cask's Customer Login provides a wealth of technical training resources to our customer across all four of our Canning Systems.

We presently have 17 (and counting!) training videos detailing the operation, setup and adjustment of our canning systems. To complement these videos we also provide all Customers with a detailed System Manual with everything you need to know.

Parts

A tailored spare parts package for each of our systems ensures you always have the parts that you need.

We dispatch parts overnight anywhere in North America and within two to three days globally.

Have a critical canning run scheduled for tomorrow and your chuck needs replacing? It'll arrive first thing in the morning. 2

End to End Integration

Automated depal on the front end to save on labour costs? Nitrogen doser to keep your Dark Stout's smooth and creamy right to the consumers lips? Wash tunnel to keep your lids dry and clean? Automated post packaging?

Warranty

All Cask canning systems come with a standard three month warranty on motors, coils, bearings and a one year warranty on all other system components.

Our longest running ACS was installed over 10 years ago - and still going strong!
